These multi-functional roles cover experience in leading training and development courses, implementing policies that streamline processes and prioritize efficiency, to developing software that calculates complex problems to generate efficient and accurate solutions.


My philosophy is built on developing stronger teams that are dedicated to the success of all participants. This leadership philosophy is rooted in empowering others to succeed beyond my tenure, ensuring lasting progress. It is my strong belief that to move up in the world we must develop those that work for us and with us, so that the skills we offer remain after we leave the position.


It is my goal to continue to lead teams to success in Supply Chain & Operations and/or as a Program Manager to build a steady and streamlined process focused on efficiency while reducing waste, redundancy, and system error. With system discipline and lean six sigma directives I will identify deficiencies while providing subject matter expert solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency based on detailed analysis of current and future processes.
