  • Serves as liaison between Flight Ops, crew, and passengers.
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date qualifications on all aircraft emergency procedures, medical equipment, and safety guidelines.

  • Hosted & interviewed at an "on-the-road event day" in MSP effectively bringing the hiring space and experience to local candidates and successfully offered over 10 CJOs at that event.
