
Organized and mission-oriented with a successful track record at The International School of Azerbaijan, excelling in management and community building. Successfully founded the "Ambassador Program", organized the "Empty Bowls" project, and was consistently involved throughout the volleyball community, showcasing strong event planning and communication skills to foster connections and support local communities.
Founded and led the "Ambassador Program" for 2 years at The International School of Azerbaijan. This involved connecting new students with student representatives in their grade to foster connections and help with sociocultural adjustments. This role also was responsible for helping plan and organize the secondary school orientation day for all new students, touring and welcoming them to the campus before the semester began.
Organized and advertised recreational volleyball for high school students every Sunday. Communicated with security, students, supervisors and staff in order to ensure the gym was booked. Led team practices before competitions and forged chemistry between teammates, as well as improving skills and providing a source of activity for students over the weekend.
Organizing the financing of the "Empty Bowls" project, where student-made ceramic bowls are sold and the profits given to charity for economically disadvantaged youth in Baku. This involved ticket sales, bowl distribution, handling finances, supervision of the event, and distribution of resources to the charity.
Earned a medal for "School Champion" and international distinction in Waterloo's Cayley math competition. Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations in an academic context.
