The Mayfair House, previously the Mayfair Hotel, is a historic property in Coconut Grove, FL which recently underwent a $50 million+ renovation. Working as a primary owner representatives on site, oversaw a full remodel including all 179 hotel rooms, a 3,000 sq. ft. commercial kitchen, two new restaurants, a shaft extension with two new elevators, and rooftop deck with a pool-side bar.
