• Reviewed physicians' orders to determine medical imaging needs and operated radiologic equipment to capture, develop, and produce diagnostic images.

• Facilitated PACS and EPIC training sessions for outside providers. Worked with HR to produce and conduct customer service training sessions.
• Actively represented Business Development by taking part in community events promoting Lahey Health.
• Developed Vein Clinic and Pediatric Ultrasound Clinic
• Initiated and served as Patient Navigator for Lung Cancer Screening Program.
