Program Management & Systems Implementation

Work as part of a team to develop a new process for Converse to evaluate and manage enterprise-based projects. Prioritize submissions and modify project requests as business strategies evolve. Ensure resource availably to service a project from initial scope, through transition management, and implementation.

· Guide and direct geographies safeguarding consistent process and operations globally, ensuring businesses align on one global process strategy as we convert markets.

· Collaborated with IT to create a tool for project submissions, so that review, scoring and approvals would not be manual.

· Completed Projected Management training with Nike team and conducted training sessions with internal colleagues who may require this skillset on projects.

· Created business requirements documents for new tool sets by facilitating process mapping and RACI discussions with multiple teams.

Drive the execution of planning process throughout 4 phases of implementation: research, planning, implementation, stabilization.

· Member of new ERP system implementation team for SAP roll out; 18 month commitment.

· Serve as subject matter expert and change agent for system build and deployment. Executed piloting, testing and training of planning staff during and after the implementation process.
