Fresh Foods Operations Manager
- Originally employed with Tedeschi Food Shops and then the company was acquired by 7/11. My work as the Fresh Foods Operations Manager involved oversight of a HACCP certified commissary and 12 fresh food deli/cafe locations in my division and 24 van delivery routes. I updated and maintained the training program in place used for all new deli/café managers and warehouse and driver staff. Maintaining record keeping, goal tracking, performance metrics were all part of my responsibilities. Each quarter I proctored a Serv Safe training and exam opportunity for all managers and office staff.
