As a live-out nanny for a family with 2 young kids (ages 4 years, 2 years), I handled challenging behavioral issues using appropriate discipline strategies and proactive communication with parents, together we built a positive and nurturing environment to support the kids social and emotional growth.

I managed infant care, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines, and engaged the toddler in interactive play to support their motor and language development. I also handled children's areas, keeping it neat and clean, helping with lunch time and managing snacks, helping the parents with the house laundry, light housekeeping, and loading/ unloading the dishwasher, transported the kids safely to school, activities and appointments on time.

I Developed strong bonds with host family members resulting in lasting relationships beyond contract term and developed my bilingual abilities in English through immersive conversation and activities.
