Participation in the project to create a new painting workshop – Stellantis.

Responsible for the arrangement of 12 workstations.

• Analysis of the client's technical needs and development of the specifications document.
• Coordination of meetings with suppliers for the presentation of requirements.
• Assessed technical and financial offers, and selected suppliers accordingly.
• Follow-up on technical studies with the supplier.
• Supervision of the on-site installation and management of identified discrepancies.

Capacity increased from 8 to 12 JPH in the O2X workshop.

Main Tasks:

• Project scoping and definition to align objectives and deliverables.
• KPI measurement and monitoring (Takt Time, TCY, TVA, TNVA, etc.).
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Non-value-added activity reduction (focusing on waiting times and unnecessary transport).
• Workstation balancing.
• Workshop layout redesign.
• Development of a VBA application for deliverables tracking and project follow-up.

Optimization of material and operational efficiency in the sheet metal cutting workshop.

Main Tasks:

• Definition of project scope and alignment of improvement objectives.
• Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Streamlining of material flow to minimize process-related waste.
• Reduction of machine downtime caused by unplanned stoppages.
• Reconfiguration of the workshop layout to support efficient operations.
• Implementation of a preventive maintenance plan for cutting machines.

Performance analysis of packaging machines.

Main Tasks:

• Project scoping and definition of performance evaluation objectives.
• KPI monitoring (machine downtime rate, waste rate per machine).
• Root cause analysis of packaging waste generation.
• Development of a preventive maintenance plan, and corrective action plan.
