My role involves sitting in and shadowing therapy sessions, assisting with note-taking, and managing cases.
I support clinicians and interns with client needs and documentation, conduct needs assessments, and provide comprehensive support to families.
My responsibilities also include connecting families with essential services such as medical care, employment, and housing.
Additionally, I handle office phone calls, screen referrals, and assist families with their various needs to ensure they receive the necessary support and resources.
