It is my ambition with time to upgrade my licensing to that of engineer 2nd class.

Engineer 3rd Class

  • Employed under the aegis of N.R.G. Staffing as a full time 1st shift lead operator/fireman for Resilience Pharmaceuticals located at 12 Western Ave. Allston Ma. Cogeneration plant consists of three six hundred BHP Clever Brooks (CBLE) duel fueled units, CB/HAWK ICS Control system as well as Limpsfeld controls/burners, and one Solar, Saturn class 20 gas turbine, 1200KW, Rentec HRSG D-type water boiler of 230 BHP, plant service pressure 120 PSIG, 70K lbs/steam per hour in the aggregate. Duties include regular monitoring and recording of boiler operating conditions, as well as state of turbine services, supervision and direction of plant contract help in boiler repairs and inspection, documentation as well as written operating SOPs fall within my range of responsibilities, also required to remain on call in event of plant crisis.

2nd Shift Fireman

  • Employed under the aegis of N.R.G. Staffing as a full time 2nd shift operator/fireman for Genzyme Pharmaceuticals located at 55 New York Ave. in Framingham Ma. Steam plant consists of two 60 hp Clayton single pass, once through, gas fired coil tube boilers and two Clever Brooks 200 hp and three 800 hp Promethius class CBLE package units, operating at 120 psi. safety valves set to 150 psi. several non-fired Meuller pure steam generators, W.I.F.I. and R.O. on demand water purification systems having a capacity of 5000-7000 gallons of pure process water per day. Duties include regular monitoring and recording of boiler operating conditions, feedwater ph and dissolved solids levels, treatment chemical consumption and dosing, daily plant water and fuel consumption as well as that of W.F.I. (Water for injection) and R.O. (reverse osmosis) systems, regular cleaning and maintenance procedures are performed as required and directed following prescribed procedures. Also proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, designed several tabulation workbooks for the purpose of charting and recording water and gas consumption as well as steam production.
