• Gather client requirements for analysis and design.
• Configure Expenses, Request and Cash advance.
• Set up country-specific policies, reports, and exception messages.
• Customize reports to meet client business needs.
• Conduct testing, validation, and integration with developers.
• Train end users and create user manuals.

Hypercare Support:

• Resolve day-to-day client issues.
• Lead weekly follow-up meetings on cases.
• Monitor and fix posting and employee transfer errors.

Presales Activities:

• Create support content for client presentations.
• Configure demo environments.
• Contact leads to generate interest.

• Execution of functional tests on the different sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, BL and fixed assets.
• Data migration (fixed assets, SNPs suppliers and balance sheet accounts).
• VAT customization on down payments.
• Data extraction (VAT, customer SNPs, supplier SNPs, etc.).
• Analysis of portfolio management and value sheet between FI and BI.
• Adjustment of ETEBAC statements.
• Creation of G/L accounts.

• Recording of accounting transactions (purchases, depreciation, provisions, etc.).
• Analysis and lettering of accounts.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Monitoring and valuation of inventories using the CMUP method.
• Monthly VAT declaration.
