Kimberlee Parker

I am an experienced, passionate elementary school teacher with a diverse background in grades 1-5. I believe that making a connection with each and every one of my students is one of the most beneficial aspects of their academic success as lifelong learners. I strive to build relationships that foster trust and communication, so each student has a voice in their overall learning. My goal is to instill confidence in my students, so they see that risk-taking and making mistakes are the best ways to learn. I do not believe one size fits all; therefore, I am skilled in developing innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring all students feel valued and motivated. My lessons include the right mix of structure, engaged struggles, and expectations, so all students can feel confident to excel in their own arena.
