• Perform apheresis procedures in an outpatient setting, collecting blood and cellular products to support cell and gene therapy, oncology, and infectious disease research

• Assess donor eligibility through comprehensive clinical evaluations and diagnostic lab review, ensuring compliance with protocol and regulatory standards

• Initiate, manage, and complete donor collection procedures in accordance with SOPs while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and product integrity

• Monitor donors throughout procedures, promptly identifying and managing adverse reactions (e.g., citrate reactions) including administration of calcium and other interventions

• Establish and maintain IV access and administer subcutaneous medications as required for research protocols

• Provide thorough donor education on procedures, risks, and program expectations to promote donor safety, retention, and protocol adherence

• Maintain precise, audit-ready documentation to support regulatory compliance and ensure traceability of biospecimens

• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance donor experience, operational efficiency, and compliance outcomes

• Work closely with doctors and midwives in coaching pregnant women through childbirth and post-natal recovery.
• Assess infant health directly after birth using APGAR and monitor health for specified amount of time for any changes in status.
• Coach new mothers with breastfeeding techniques, postpartum self-care and infant care to promote easier transition into motherhood.
• Responding to emergency situations such as pre-eclampsia, early labor, and fetal distress.
• Support physicians in both planned and emergency Cesarean section procedures.
• Aid with induction of labor for women suffering from complications such as preeclampsia.
• Perform vital signs checks and administered vaccinations to infants following birth.

• Working with Orthopedic patients pre- and post-operatively
• Patients' undergo partial and total joint replacements, fracture repairs, neurosurgeries etc
• Also care for patients with respiratory, cardiac and renal diseases and infections
• Monitor vital signs, maintain pain management, work with healthcare team to provide proper care plan, analyze and monitor telemetry patients
• Educating patients on proper body mechanics, wound care, infectious disease, isolation precautions, and disease management

• Work in the ED with a variety of patients that are behavioral, pediatric, geriatric, and adult
• Take vital signs, perform EKG's, take blood sugars, assist with basic life support during trauma such as CPR
• Assist nurses with care that is in the NA's scope of practice
• Comfort and assist patients emotionally when traumatic experiences occur
• Provided patients with personal hygiene assistance by giving bedpans, baths, and assisting with ambulation to the bathroom
• Sitting for patients that are SI, behavioral, or in an altered mental status
