• Perform apheresis procedures in an outpatient setting, collecting blood and cellular products to support cell and gene therapy, oncology, and infectious disease research
• Assess donor eligibility through comprehensive clinical evaluations and diagnostic lab review, ensuring compliance with protocol and regulatory standards
• Initiate, manage, and complete donor collection procedures in accordance with SOPs while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and product integrity
• Monitor donors throughout procedures, promptly identifying and managing adverse reactions (e.g., citrate reactions) including administration of calcium and other interventions
• Establish and maintain IV access and administer subcutaneous medications as required for research protocols
• Provide thorough donor education on procedures, risks, and program expectations to promote donor safety, retention, and protocol adherence
• Maintain precise, audit-ready documentation to support regulatory compliance and ensure traceability of biospecimens
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance donor experience, operational efficiency, and compliance outcomes
