I was an English speaking volunteer travelling to different summer camps (Castilla La Mancha in 2018 and Córdoba in 2019) helping Spanish learn English. Both camps where a duration of two weeks and involved participating in various activities and talking to students on a daily basis about a range of subjects to encourage them to converse in English

this was a short term position compromising of early Saturday and Sunday mornings and returning to the sables again in the evenings where I provided daily grooming and proper feeding routines for the horses.

This part time summer job consisted of maintaining clean and organized stables for the horses and assisting riders during lessons by providing guidance on safety procedures and proper horse handling techniques before joining them on beautiful scenic horse treks up the mountains.

My duties as a kitchen assistant involved washing dishes,maintaining clean and organized workstations and helping with the food preparation. I later on moved up to waitressing where I ensured a positive guest experience and exhibited strong multitasking abilities, balancing multiple tables and orders while delivering prompt service

This was a short term job in which I worked as a waitress and barmaid, serving high customer volumes during special events, nights, and weekends.

This was a one month volunteering project, focused on two species of sea turtles found around Cyprus: Loggerhead and Green sea turtles. The project involved monitoring nest numbers in the first part of summer season, recording depth of nests and distance to the sea and temperature, which plays a vital part in the embryonic development in sea turtles. The second part of the season is based around looking after the new hatchlings , ensuring their safe departure to the sea. I also has the chance to help out a fellow volunteer with her own research project, which involved DNA sampling adult Green sea turtles.

My role as a sickbay/meds staff at the VMF consisted of caring for injured and sickly Vervet and Samango monkeys. I gained lots of practical vet nurse experience in doing minor procedures like injections, wound cleans, anesthesia, microchipping and basic first aid. I also learnt to ID over 100 monkeys and had the responsibility of closely monitoring two troops, in which were living individuals with a range of health problems like brain damage and mobility issues. I also had the chance to take part in the rehabilitation and integration process of baby orphans.
