  • Work from visual aids method layouts, diagrams, schematics, processing of flow sheets written on verbal assembly instructions. Setting initial layouts and usage of a variety of tools to prepare products.

  • Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, rework and test experimental or phototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

  • Perform line clearance to strict guidelines. Work with microscope for extended amounts of time and very small materials. Use of micro scoop spatula, ceramic tweezers, wire cutter, x-acto knife, hot water bath,gloves, UV lights, welder soldering station and a variety of chemicals.
  • Build the Intellanav Stablepoint ablation catheter which is a mapping system that uses radiofire; (RF) energy applied by the catheter tip to destroy heart cells that causes heart rhythm problems.
