I was hired to transition a Preschool Program/Daycare into a Montessori school, during the closure of the country due to the pandemic. My duties included creating a language room, Math room, Science room (botany, zoology and geography), Practical Life area and Art area.

• Developed and implemented individualized learning plans, group lesson plans and classroom activities consistent with instructional guidelines.
• Established inspiring classroom setting with systems and procedures that managed student behavior, movement and learning.
• Greeted parents and children at arrival and departure times to make families feel welcomed into environment.

Hired as a consultant to create a Montessori environment, and increase enrollment by preparing open houses and educating participants about the Montessori method. I accepted a position of Director of Communications/ Lead Teacher as enrollment increased. I remained in this position until in-person teaching was no longer needed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Worked as the Lead Behavioral Instructor in a grade 3-5 classroom, with 4 ABA instructors. Directly supported the Special Needs classroom Teacher,

lead small and large group activities, and worked as ABA Instructor performing Discrete Trial Training.
