⯈Receiving project Material Take-off (MTO) from the discipline engineer and verifying the quantity required to be purchased after running the surplus check in stock.

⯈Float RFQs to the approved vendors from AVME list

⯈Engaging technical team if any review required for the technical offers received.

⯈Evaluate commercial Bids & Place orders ensuring all supporting documents attached and as per procedure.

⯈ Ensure all the project’s materials are procured on time and delivered to site meeting the project schedule

⯈ Expediting LLI and MTO items such as IPF Valves, Control Valves, PRV, Air Compressors Heaters and Piping/Instrumentation/Electrical Bulk materials

⯈ Conduct Kick Off Meeting (KOM) along with PDO, vendor/Manufacturer, subcontractor, QAQC, procurement and engineering discipline for high value and critical package/materials.

⯈ Expedite all the necessary Documents as per VDRL from the vendors as per schedule supporting the project deliveries.

⯈ Provide expediting status report to the project team on procurement/delivery through MTS/MPTR on weekly basis

⯈ Involve in monthly assessment of Vendor Delivery Performance (VDP), delay analysis on deliveries and fill penalty forms for delayed deliveries

⯈ Taking lead by coordinating with buyers, material controllers at sites and expeditors for monthly KPI reporting

⯈ Participate in material review with PDO, Project engineers, buyer, vendors and sub-contractors.

⯈ coordinate with site material controllers for materials collection from surplus (PDO warehouse), tracking materials until delivery and inspection. Resolve materials issue in consultation with project engineer.

⯈ Update and verify the contractor material shortage list through material controller.

⯈ Coordinate with Vendors, discipline engineers, project engineers and other materials documentation users to ensure the document flow meets the project requirements.
