• Independently maintain 30+ devices company-wide (2 locations) and develop custom IT solutions, including custom package management systems to facilitate company-wide patch days and a custom logging system to identify crashes and faults, which are then reported to a Google Firestore database.
• Deliver cost-effective solutions by thoroughly analyzing business requirements and selecting appropriate technologies.

• Taught over twenty camps on robotics, coding and CAD aimed at students ages eight through sixteen and conducted promotional presentations to develop business. Aided development of school curriculum, wrote extensive documentation on hardware/software in use, and trained other employees on business practices and workflow.
• Meet with prospective customers to present range services offered and recommend placements for new students.

Volunteered as a technology tutor for seniors living in the Andover area. Helped clients to select, install, and learn to use various applications, and to evaluate purchase options for phones and laptops. Also ran a workshop on free or low cost Microsoft Office alternatives for seniors who needed office programs within a limited budget.
