A member of the MGH Transition to Practice program. The TPP program allows new graduate RN's the ability to safely disseminate into emergency medicine. With scheduled relevant courses dispersed throughout the program, new graduate RNs are able to further continue their education and skillset in the world of ED nursing. This program ensures new graduate RN's are not only prepared for various acuity levels, including critically-ill patients, but are also well-educated on on topics related to emergency medicine.
