  • My responsibilities as a case manager include assisting homeless families placed in our emergency shelters find stability in their lives.
  • Assist them in filling out housing applications, finding employment, and/or learning how to manage their finances and to make sure that their children are receiving any services needed (school, therapy, and/or medical).
  • After two years as a case manager for Housing Pathways I was promoted to Assistant Director.
  • In this position I oversee case managers, have direct contact with DHCD whom runs the program, and help case managers in case of conflict with clients.
