• Provide professional care to patients of the medical surgical center
• Deliver skilled nursing care in routine periods at the highest standard of experience
• Review physical needs, monitor patient's physical condition, administer approved medication, and arrange medical appointments according to assigned standard of medical care
• Monitor vital signs in patient's conditions
• Documenting and recording patient's health status and nursing care
• Supervision of Nursing assistants

• Take and transcribe physician's orders
• Assist in orientation instruction and supervision of other nursing personnel
• Evaluate resident's needs, condition, and care
• Assist in developing nursing care plans for individual resident's rehab and self-help
• Review and update the resident careplan

• Assisting residents with ADLs in the long-term care Alzheimer unit
• Charting and documentation

• Assist in resident feeding and transportation as needed
