  • Coordinate with sub contractors during turnovers /projects and oversea the calendar to ensure a seamless completion of work.
  • Complete Annual Inspections of 11 properties, total of 168 units.
  • Responsible for all Move In/Move Out Inspections for all properties.
  • Prepare the schedule daily for the Maintenance team.
  • Work closely with ESS, FSS, Associated Elevator, Fire Departments and water departments in OB and Tisbury, Plumber, Electrician to coordinate regular service/inspections.
  • Prepare Work Orders, as needed.
  • Address all maintenance related issues with residents in a warm and professional manner.
  • Meet with vendors at various properties to discuss future work projects.
