Responsible for the strategic oversight and management of mixed-use commercial real estate properties. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance and profitability of the portfolio, overseeing property operations, tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive property success and meet financial and operational goals.

- Owners construction administrator for a projects totaling in excessive of $10 million. Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure the project is completed in a timely, efficient manner that adheres to all safety codes and regulations. Responsibilities include managing budgets, reviewing bids, monitoring progress, coordinating with bulding department officials, and dealing with any issues that arise.

Aided in the integration, maintenance, and support of the campus based community. In addition to creation, expansion, and leasing of space, including supporting companied owned campus based consumer facing channels -The Cottage, Farm Tours, and Food Truck.

A strategic part of ICO’s global growth strategy and commitment to the community. Through leasing, we shared our campus with tenants providing a platform for local businesses and patrons.

Drive strategic initiatives at the highest level of the business while also implementing "roll-your-sleeves-up" basic execution.

Coordinated the expansion and consolidation of core business channels, aided in the creation and expansion of consumer facing business channels (agrotourism, open air raw bar/patio, catering division), and marketed leasable space to prospective tenants for retail, office, laboratory, and food trucks.
