I am a lifelong Special Educator looking to transition into Financial Planning. I have spent my career building relationships with students and parents in the interest of creating meaningful and impactful outcomes for all stakeholders. My current role involves chairing approximately 400 meetings per year with students and families in which we identify their individual strengths and leverage those strengths to help achieve the unique goals of each individual. I have a passion for personal finance and find that the process of developing Individualized Education Plans is highly correlated to developing a financial plans. I am hoping to leverage my leadership skills in Special Education into a career in Financial Planning where my work of supporting people in achieving their goals can continue.
