Oversee Daily Operation of Six Flags New England Hurricane Harbor. Managed a team of 200+ Employee, create and maintain an auditing and training programs to strengthen team's skill and allow us to ensure each operating season results in zero drownings and reach overall exceeds on all Ellis Safety Audits, review and update all safety policies to ensure all aspects of department meet company standards, create and manage department operating budget throughout the season, and ensuring a strong and appropriate product is always available to our guests based on attendance, weather, and staffing.
Oversaw Operation of the Front Gate & Guest Relations Departments at Six Flags New England. Managed a Team of 100+ employees, worked to ensure quick and painless entry to the park for up to 20,000 guests per day, helped work with frustrated guests in order to solve their problems at Guest Relations leading to higher GSS scores, and utilized multiple programs on a daily basis including Salesforce, Mircosoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Freedom POS, and Oracle,
Worked with Alumni House staff at American International College as an Interim Employee to assist in promoting the 2022 Athletic Giving Day to current and former AIC students/associates through Social Media postings, cold calling, and prospect researching. Together we surpassed or donation goal of $200,000.
Worked with Alumni House as an Intern to assist with general social media presence, information organizing, light content creation, and assistance with the 2021 Athletics Giving Week Campaign where the team raised over $130,000.
