As a Customer Service cashier, I was responsible for processing both refunds & exchanges, along with regular customer purchases.

Some skills I have adapted during this role is handling high-pressure situations, which also leads to my problem solving skills & finding resolutions.

Also, maintaining a calm composure during difficult interactions.

Refunds & exchanges can also be difficult at times, being an active listener and showing empathy with a customer can build trust.

I was also a department head for both the toys & art department. My responsibilities included, maintaining cleanliness & a good recovery for both departments to be presentable and increase customer satisfaction while shopping. & having a welcoming & friendly tone in answering customer questions.

I was also responsible for ordering products that were either low, or out of stock & stocking items on truck days.
