Director of Contracts

  • Directs, monitors, and manages the operation of the Department of Youth Services' Contract Unit.
  • Provides direction to and oversight of the implementation of the agency's competitive procurement process for purchase of service and consultant services.
  • Negotiates, executes contracts, and provides training and technical assistance as needed.
  • Directs and assists Contract and regional staff in troubleshooting and resolution of audit findings and/or internal control issues within the agency or its provider programs.
