Foster Care. Was a foster parent for upwards of twenty years.

Fostered many kids over my almost twenty years as a foster parent through the Department of Children and Famlies.  I was know as the "teenage girl home" for many years fostering teenage girls in the DCF system.  As the years moved along I fostered many drug addicted babies.  I actually adopted two children I had in foster care, one of which has severe special needs and the other was born drug addicted and now carries a diagnosis of RAD.
