I am a dedicated administrative and healthcare professional with a strong background in patient staffing, office coordination, and clinical operations. I began my career at Mass General Brigham Hospital as a Patient Staffing Coordinator II (PSC II) and, through hard work, initiative, and a commitment to excellence, advanced to a Patient Staffing Coordinator III (PSC III). During my time with Mass General Brigham, I spent six months supporting the Interventional Pulmonary Department, gained valuable experience in a specialized clinical setting, trained new staff members, hosted office events, and consistently stepped in wherever the clinic needed support. My dedication to going above and beyond was recognized with the 2025 Mass General Brigham Pillars of Excellence Award as an individual award nominee.
Beyond healthcare, I have spent the past five years hosting and running open mic and karaoke events, providing a safe and welcoming space for creatives, performers, and community members to share their talents and have their voices heard. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, event coordination, public speaking, and hosting abilities, while allowing me to build meaningful connections and create engaging, inclusive experiences for diverse audiences.
I am also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, which has enhanced my ability to communicate effectively with people from various backgrounds. In addition, I have earned my TIPS Certification, supporting my growth as both a Security Guard and Bartender. Across every role I have held, I remain committed to continuous learning, professional development, and being a dependable, adaptable asset to the teams, organizations, and communities I serve.
