
Experience with working with children for nearly a decade, with the intention of doing so in any future profession. A driven problem solver who takes every individual's personal qualities into consideration when creating the best way to provide assistance for them.
• Responsible for visiting 2/6 of Community Teamwork’s afterschool program sites.
• Conduct 1 on 1 debriefing check-ins with children who struggle with emotional regulation.
• Administered questionnaires through the agency’s communication system to gather data on the strengths and difficulties of the children at the two sites I visit.
• Have begun planning to conduct small group social emotional lessons at those two sites.
