Currently serving as Director of Operations for Chili’s Morocco, overseeing multi-location performance and strategic development.
• Oversee the operational performance of multiple restaurant locations across Morocco. • Lead and supervise General Managers and restaurant management teams. • Monitor and improve key business KPIs including sales growth, food cost, labor cost, and guest satisfaction. • Manage operational budgets and ensure profitability targets are achieved. • Ensure compliance with Chili's brand standards, operational procedures, and food safety regulations. • Coordinate with (Brinker International) on training programs, operational initiatives, and brand implementation. • Develop leadership capabilities within restaurant management teams through coaching and training. • Optimize restaurant processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest experience. • Support strategic planning, restaurant openings, and operational development projects.
Training Specialist – 50%
• Roll out Brinker programs as needed • Execute all Team Member and MID training materials following Brand standards • Ensure validation of all training i.e. MIDs and TM certifications • Train at all levels – hands on participation when appropriate • Be the Brand expert on all specs and standards • Coach Managers and Team Members to Brand standards • Monitors’ training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary • Conducts Training and Environmental evaluations as needed. • Partners with leadership to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific Team Members or Managers. • Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and certifications (Train the Trainer, MIDs, and CTR Certifications). • Develop local and global restaurant trainers • Organize and oversee training at any new restaurant openings
Strategic PeopleWorks – 30%
• Succession planning • Learning interventions for low performers • On-going development for steady or high performers • Develop Learning Plans for the year for all levels • Analyze impact of learning activities and initiatives • Facilitate MEE survey process, including: conducting the survey, analyzing results and creating action plans • Partner with local HR and Operations teams to positively impact Team Member engagement • Partner with HR and/or Operations to maintain staffing levels by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training. • Ensures succession planning systems are in place
Brinker Communication – 20%
• Quarterly calls with Global Training Contact • Responsible for staying up to date with email communication from Brinker • Provide yearly training plans to Global Training Contact • Communicate your needs to your training contact • Responsible for roll out and implementation of all Brinker initiatives • Adjust materials to fit local market as needed, with approval of Global Training Contac
