• Work closely with all functions, especially Customer Service, Sales, Operations Management, Sales and Support Services to manage the quality and effectiveness of customer service provided
• Provide assistance to customers regarding export-related inquiries, order processing, shipping details, and documentation requirements
• Address any issues or concerns raised by customers regarding the export process
• Maintain organized records of export documentation, including sales contracts, shipping records, customs declarations, and export licenses
• Ensure that all documentation is properly filed and archived for future reference
• Provide SAP training to the Customer Service team with a focus on Export Module

• As single point of contact for SAP integration at SKF North West Africa, I spearheaded all aspects of the project lifecycle
• From the initial stages of preparing the Export processes, identifying Gaps to the validation of the blueprint, role mapping, data validation, performing user acceptance tests, and finally participating in rehearsal activities before the GO-LIVE and finally managing Hyper care period

• Receive and process sales orders accurately and promptly
• Ensure all necessary information such as pricing, quantities, and delivery details are correct before processing orders into the system
• Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives to provide them with the necessary support to meet sales targets
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system (C4C)
• Ensure all customer information, interactions, and sales activities are accurately recorded for future reference
