•Cascade the objectives defined at Operational and Functional level
to the "Process Engineering" team and define a work plan to
accomplish them.
• Ensure a good connection between the design changes during the
project development phases and the adjustment of the technical
production process to guarantee consistency between the product
change and the production process.
• Develop and ensure the updating of the resource mobilization
strategy within the "Process Engineering" division.
• Coordinate and direct the project plans in development in
accordance with the stages of the project and launch an
implementation strategy with the factory.
• Ensure the response to engineering changes in the time interval
requested by the client
• Define and manage the forecasted OPEX and CAPEX, ensure
alignment with the overall budget strategy.

•Analyze needs and define implementation steps for new equipment
• Write technical specifications and select equipment based on specific
criteria (cost, quality, timing)
• Conduct capacity studies and size tools according to production
volumes
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving in production
• Draft operating procedures and visual product specifications
• Perform capacity studies and optimize resources
• Provide technical expertise on various types of equipment, including
final assembly and cutting

•Supervise completed interventions and propose improvements
to machine performance in terms of cost and utilization rate
• Conduct internal audits
• Organize and plan preventive, corrective, or improvement
maintenance work and interventions
• Monitor and control the results of maintenance activities
• Suggest enhancements to equipment efficiency and productivity
• Evaluate the technical compliance of materials, equipment, and
supplier services
