I'm charged to deliver required buses and mini buses to farm workers

We transport almost 11 000 person per day.

I manage a team of 5 colleagues composed of 4 coordinators and entry clerk.

Our challenges are to deliver a good rate service with the minim cost.

Our daily tasks include planification, Follow up,treating the passengers claims and respond the passengers demands.

Management of personnel transport service

Managing the assets of this site: ensuring compliance with material reception procedures, participating in the annual inventory, and handling discrepancies with stakeholders.

Managing the transfer of parcels from abroad: coordinating with the freight forwarder and sender, monitoring customs clearance procedures, submitting authorization requests (e.g., ANRT, BMDA...).

Monitoring the implementation and deployment of new management technologies in coordination with the service provider: RFID technology for assets and computer application for personnel transport..

Teaching the following subjects: Maritime Transport, Customs Law and Tariffs, Inventory Management and Procurement.
