· Develop and implement strategies for the support functions that align with the company’s overall objectives.

• Supporting on operational implementation of BP Oman social investment programmes
• Coordinating internal legal and PSCM (procurement, supply chain processes) process.
• Put in place contracts between BP and the partners receiving funds from BP’s Social Investment Program.
• Providing input into social investment project evaluation and drafting progress reports to help ensure that the projects BP supports are targeted, sustainable and benefit the community
• Analysing the impact of BP Oman social investment strategy and plan, and collating findings, gaps and relevant issues.
• On-going liaison with social investment partners to support communication and track progress.
• Involve in the performance reviews with the social investment partners, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement. Support in developing a broad range of contacts in Oman’s social investment space is a plus.
• Recommending new sponsorship and donations to BP Oman social investment team and supporting the social investment officer by tracking current sustainable development issues in Oman
• Documenting, collecting data and reporting relevant management information and KPIs on impact to help track progress and keep management and stakeholders informed
• Liaising with the communications team to develop the social investment programmes communication strategy and ensuring social investment commitments are well publicized in Oman and working closely with all C&EA team members.
• Connect BP Oman employees to social investment initiatives through volunteering opportunities.
· Handling investor queries and guiding them
