Led daily operations of the camp climbing wall, ensuring safety, proper equipment use, and adherence to climbing protocols. Supervised and trained staff, managed schedules, and created an encouraging environment that promoted confidence, teamwork, and skill development among campers.

I was selected as a Cornerstone Fellow through the Foundation for Jewish Camp, which is a competitive fellowship for emerging Jewish leaders in the Jewish camp sphere. I developed leadership skills through immersive training, hands-on work at a Jewish overnight camp, and interactions among a cohort of fellows committed to building vibrant Jewish communities.

Assisted lead teachers in instructing students in Hebrew language skills and biblical stories, helping students connect Jewish texts and values to everyday life. Provided classroom support and supervised students during unstructured time, including recess, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
