- Working at House of Blues in both stagehand and Audio roles, the goal has always been similar. Whatever you must do to make a show happen as smoothly and easy as possible for every variety of tour that comes through. Work consists of a lot of long days and a variety of solving problems in all fields including Audio, Video, Lighting, Power, down to simple housekeeping. Everybody on the production team no matter what their roles help each other out and do whatever we can to make the show happen. Audio roles include being able to create a reliable patch list to ensure smooth transitions for changeovers, a solid plan for cable pathing to make everyone’s lives easier and running whatever portion of the show or programing necessary on our in-house tables (Avid S6L Currently).

- Working as the Production Manager for Turn It Up Dance Challenge had a list of responsibilities and channels for growth. Day-to-day workloads included Keeping proper chains of communication with Staging, Trucking, and Venues for multiple shows a weekend to ensure everything would arrive on time and be in the place it needed to be for each event to be able to run as smoothly as possible. I also ensured our Audio, Video and lighting crew all had the proper training, equipment and knowledge to be able to run their perspective roles to the best of their ability. I always made sure to keep communication strong between events with crew to give useful and important feedback to make sure everyone was creating the best product of a show possible every time.
