  • The greatest skill that I learned from bussing was working with the flow of the restaurant, if we were extremely busy or on a wait I would buss tables as fast as I could to get the table clear. If the restaurant wasn’t as busy I would help the servers with whatever they needed like taking their dish trays or dropping their food off at their tables.
  • The Best skill that I learned from Hosting was learning how to communicate with guests, whether it be from the guests walking in the restaurant to the people calling on the phones.
  • What I Learned most from being a Togo specialist was teamwork. There would be multiple workers on at once with all different jobs and you had to constantly communicate with everyone to make sure everything is being checked off while being prepared and when the orders are ready to bring to the guests.
  • Being a barback taught me basically everything about being a bartender and a server without being one. It taught me how to serve guests in the bar section and how to communicate with them and make sure that the guests are having a great experience while being there.
