- Organizing the necessary preparations prior to commencement of caisson transfer activity (Such as installation of top side structure platforms over caisson, organization of required inspections, marine team and equipment etc.).
- Following up the necessary procedures to get authorization from the client to start the caisson transfer activity.
- Preparation of the caisson voyage plan before starting the operation to avoid any conflict with other ongoing offshore activities during the towage and placement of the caisson.
- Leading the marine team during the towage of submersible barge to unloading site and towage of caisson from submersible barge to the permanent position in contact with the tugboat captains.
- Leading the caisson transfer team to ensure placing the caisson in the final position within the required tolerances.
- Supervising liquid ballasting before the towage and during the submersion in the final position.
- Ensuring that all the ballasting and de-ballasting stages of the submersible barge and the caisson are conducted precisely in compliance with the ballasting procedure.
- Conducting all the necessary correspondence with the technical consultant (Temporary Works Design - Netherlands).
- Following up the maintenance of all the equipment and submersible barge.

- Management and supervision offshore vibro-compaction activity in coordination with offshore project manager in order to maintain an efficient work flow and to avoid possible conflicts between other offshore activities.
- Prior to commencement of vibro-compaction in a section where the vibro-compactable sand substitution is completed, following up the necessary preparations (such as preparation of as-build drawings, bathymetry results etc.) to get authorization from the client to start the activity.
- Preparing the work plans and arranging the barge positions with subcontractor’s (Keller Foundations Co.) representatives considering the priority of the zones and other ongoing offshore activities.
- Checking the progress payment documents of subcontractors.
- Attending weekly meetings with the client representative to keep them informed regarding ongoing/planned activities, actual progress and various issues related to project.
- After completion of vibro-compaction in a section, organization of the necessary preparations in order to get authorization from client to start CPT tests for the approval of the VC section.
- Organizing the execution of CPT tests prior to commencement of the activity. (Arranging the CPT operator’s attendance from Holland in contact with subcontractor company MSH, arrangement of 3rd party -LPEE- technician, QA/QC technicians, barge team etc.)
