Prior to commencement of vibro-compaction in a section where the vibro-compactable sand substitution is completed, following up the necessary preparations (such as preparation of as-build drawings, bathymetry results etc.) to get authorization from the client to start the activity.
Preparing the work plans and arranging the barge positions with subcontractor’s (Keller Foundations Co.) representatives considering the priority of the zones and other ongoing offshore activities.
Checking the progress payment documents of subcontractors.
