  • Using a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, I assist 6 adults who have intellectual disabilities in creating and following ISP goals, and adequately manage and redirecting undesired behaviors through clinical behavior plans.
  • I work alongside the behavioral specialist and program director to create realistic goals with program individuals. I then monitor success and adjust plans as needed in yearly ISP meetings.
  • I serve as a liaison on a team of providers, ranging from family members and guardians, DDS coordinators, medical providers, and residential house managers.
  • I complete consistent maintenance of quarterly progress notes regarding ISP, and behavioral data.
  • I coordinate various group and 1:1 therapeutic activities for 20 program individuals, ranging from fine arts, to music, to movement, and mindfulness.
  • I oversee a program of 20 individuals and 4 to 8 staff members as the Floor Manager 1 to 2 times weekly.
  • I design a workflow and schedule for the day, and oversee daily programmatic operations as the Floor Manager. I make note of any daily incidents and concerns in a comprehensive staff communication. Crisis and behavioral intervention, as needed.
