Dear Hiring Manager, I am excited and prepared to apply for this District Manager position. During my nine-year career at Hertz, I have grown from manager trainee to assistant branch manager, branch manager, and finally to my current role as district manager. I am both grateful for the opportunities I have had and proud of the impact I have made. Throughout the years, I have consistently headed a leading branch in revenue, growth, margins, damage collection, on rent, and employee development (game changer). We brought in over three million dollars this year with over 40% margins. I am most proud of my style of management, in which I lead by example and develop employees.
