• Support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in community-based settings

• Assist with daily activities, emotional regulation, and social engagement

• Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion

• Work closely with diverse families and community members

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including Level 3 support needs

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

• Collect and document behavioral data accurately and consistently

• Support skill acquisition in communication, social skills, self-regulation, and daily living skills

• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
