Safety Management: Ensuring Environmental and Safety Laws are followed.
Ability to perform complex electro-mechanical technical functions and activities such as design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, prototype models, specialized test equipment, tools, and test fixtures.
Able to test and troubleshoot system level and component level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and subsystems with minimal supervision. Assignments require the solution of difficult problems by application of technical knowledge.
Knowledge of Vacuum Theory.
Preventative Maintenance/Troubleshooting Skills: Identifying and resolving issues with equipment by properly inspecting them. Highly proficient at troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Experience with Hand Tools: Use of tools to assemble and disassemble items, screwdrivers, Allen keys, wrenches, torque wrenches., Supervisor Experience: Working Supervisor of at least 5 other individuals.
Wire Assembly: Knowledge of how to crimp, strip, cut, and solder wiring.
Records Keeping: Filling paperwork and writing performance reports on subordinates.
Exchanges ideas and information effectively; uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
Exercises judgment, based on previous experience, practices and precedents, to identify and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent.

Able to Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & vacuum and process testing.
