I'm currently member of “Data Factory” team involved in supporting sites in cross-domain data migration process. I'm responsible for Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Material Management and Stocks.

• Ensuring that SKUs develop their ability to understand and master data collection tools
• Implement automated management rules to facilitate and secure data collection
• Provide expertise in setting up data cleansing and enrichment rules
• Build and ensure reliability of data transformation tools to generate target load files corresponding to inputs expected by SAP
• Build and configure loading tools (Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LSMW, Z program)
• Implement data loading validation processes that allow data collected to be compared with data loaded, to facilitate and empower business in approval stage of post-loading phase.
• Communicating on progress of data migration: building and monitoring KPIs, reporting alerts to project committee, proposing workarounds in event of blockages, etc.
• Program purpose is to implement S4 HANA in all IMERYS entities world wide

I joined BearingPoint team as SAP PM expert (on part time) to deploy core solution – Alizé in BB-Lomé (TOGO Plant).

• Solution presentation to Key Users (fit & gap analysis)
• Build Refurbishment flow (new feature in BB-Lomé plant)

• Master data (Functional location Equip, Spare Parts, BOM)
• Maintenance flows (curative, preventive, refurbishment, calibration, Fuel consumption)

I was country data lead for France entity. I had to manage team of 5 consultant to define migration process and rules for all France plant in all domains (Finance, Sales, C4C, Manufacturing, Procurement, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain)

• Establish data migration team processes and ways of working
• Provide extraction rules on each system at data object level as per extraction template
• Complete business data gathering and ETL mapping
• Be the link between local consultant team and technical team based in India (facilitate exchanges, and drive SLAs)
• Conduct legacy data review and date quality profile
• Plan dedicated business resources for purification/cleansing
• Create legacy data purification/cleanse plan and dashboard
• Raise and resolve data migration defects in migration defect management tool
• Build and drive cutover plan for each data load phase

Project objective is to upgrade legacy system from SAP ECC6 to S4 HANA and improve processes. I was member of project team (client side). My main activities are to assist client to challenge the integrator (Iteligence) on proposed solutions and provide expertise to implement best practices. Also I had to lead change management worksite and train users to use SAP FIORI.

Project's objective is to support and carry out the customer in corrective and evolutionary maintenance operations of SAP system. I was member of maintenance team (with SopraSteria). My main activity is carry out evolution of class and characteristics (Classification topics)

Project's purpose is to implement S4 HANA (FI, CO, PS, MM, SD, PM). I participate as Logistics Stream Lead. I had to manage team of 3 consultants (PM, MM and SD) and 2 internships.
