Treated older adults (ages 59–101+) in assisted living and home care via mobile outpatient therapy. Experience with dementia care. Evaluations, progress reports, discharge planning compliant with Medicare. Focused on ADLs, IADLs, strength, balance, fine motor, cognition, use of DME/AE, fall prevention, and safety. Independently managed schedule and caseload. Clinical fieldwork instructor for Level II OT students, AOTA compliant.

August 2023- October 2023

Treated youth/adolescents (ages 6–22) with autism spectrum disorder. Focused on ADLs, IADLs, functional academics, life skills, and sensory integration in a special education setting.

September 2021- August 2023

Treated youth/adolescents (ages 6–22) with behavioral diagnoses through 1:1 and group-based therapy. Focused on ADLs, IADLs, life skills, sensory integration, and functional academics in school and group homes. Conducted formal/informal evaluations and participated in IEP meetings and treatment reviews. Supervised COTAs and OT student interns.

March 2023- May 2023

Treated children (ages 3+) in an outpatient pediatric clinic. Focused on feeding, postural control, fine/gross motor, sensory integration, ADLs, and IADLs through play-based therapy.
