MedAI Hackathon -Amyloid PET Prediction for Alzheimer’s Disease 2nd prize
- Developed a deep learning framework for predicting standardized Centiloid scores from 3D amyloid PET scans in a biomedical AI competition based on ongoing Alzheimer’s disease research and heterogeneous multi-tracer PET data.
- Integrated a 3D ResNet50 backbone with multi-scale feature fusion and cross-attention-based tracer-aware modeling using approximately 2,000 volumetric brain scans.
- Achieved a validation MAE of 12.78 and final test MAE of 13.15, earning 2nd place through customized optimization strategies, feature fusion, and training stabilization techniques.
