Brigade S6 for the 1st Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade. Responsible for overseeing command, control,communications, and computer operations (C4OPS) of two batalions consistingof eight companies, two detachments and the 1ID Rear Command Post (RCP). Responsible for the health and welfare of 15 Soldiers and their families. Manages, plans, and coordinates the installation and maintenance of the briagde's communications and automated systems, to include voice and data communication networks that employ single and multichannel satellite, tropospheric scatter, terrestrial microwave and video-teleconferencing, ensuring their availability to support the brigade's global sustainment mission. Ensures Signal Soldiers achieve and maintain their tehcnical proficiency in C4OPS systems to meet the briade's and divsion's operational requirements.
