
My name is Sophia Veiga, and I am entering my senior year in the Culinary Arts program at Upper Cape Regional Technical School. Through my culinary training and work experience, I have developed hands-on skills in front-of-house service, back-of-house food preparation, cooking, baking, and customer support.
