persons who appear to need assistance assist persons with disabilities Taking
Ownership in Assigned Stations take complete ownership of all aspects of
the station happenings during the shift.Note any newly found maintenance
abnormalities Pick up isolated pieces of litter in the station with a grabber
and bag Identify any unacceptable behaviors or abnormalities and address or
report as appropriate.Disorderly conduct- Homeless persons sleeping in the
stations or Persons acting erratically- Any situation deemed to be unsafe to
individuals, other riders or the
• normal operations of the trains- Respond to emergency situations following
outlined protocol- Activity Reporting–all activities will be reported through
usage of a smart device on station IPad Making a pass of the platform every
30 to 50 minutes
• Acting Supervisor Role Going Around all the stations I'm scheduled and
assigned too, to make sure ambassadors are performing their duties assigned
and do an assessment on them base on proper uniform and work performances Assist with any issue's
ambassadors need a supervisor presence forAnything ambassadors request
that is needed in their stations if we have it Ihave to pick it up and bring it to
them for their stations
